Dr. Faisal Sami is the Founder and CEO of Sami Capital. He’s a board-certified radiologist with over 20 years of experience in private practice. In 2015, Dr. Sami started Chicago Telerad with one employee. By 2023, Chicago Telerad grew to employ 27 radiologists and was acquired by Epic Staffing Group, backed by the Pritzker Family. Dr. Sami wants to help other physicians & healthcare practitioners find an exit strategy that’s best for them.
Maggie France - M&A Advisor
Maggie France is an advisor and office administrator at Sami Capital and at the Sami Family Office that spearheads many charitable endeavors. She holds a master’s degree in education from the American College of Education. She previously worked in education as a teacher. Maggie excels in all areas of operations & sales at Sami Capital.
Amy Welz – M&A Advisor
Amy joined Sami Capital in 2024. She interned as an accountant at Timber Hill Group, LLC, a Chicago-based private equity real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of industrial outdoor storage assets throughout the U.S. Amy earned an A.A. in Accounting from Oakton College and completed the CPA Prep Certification, which authorizes her to sit for the CPA exam. She also earned a B.A. in Elementary Education from Roosevelt University, and an A.A. in Fine Arts (Music) from Oakton College.
Amit Garg – M&A Advisor
Amit has always been a Chicago native. After his undergraduate studies in health-science at Benedictine University, he has worked in the healthcare field for 15+ years in various roles such as marketing, business development, practice management, real estate site selection/construction & most recently as a physician liaison. He has experience working in plastic surgery, primary care, pain management and dentistry. He is a lifelong Chicago Bulls fan, and enjoys golfing & tennis in his spare time.

He holds an engineering degree from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and an MBA from the University of Colorado. Brian is known for his top-tier negotiation skills, having successfully closed several multi-million dollar transactions. He has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve results and actively participates in M&A network groups to remain at the forefront of industry practices. Brian also owns a real estate investment firm managing $3M+ in assets.
